Paid Time Off

In addition to all major Federal Holidays, you will accrue on a bi-weekly basis a total of 160 hours of paid time off within your first year. 80 hours can be carried over each anniversary year.

Effective upon the date of hire, employees are eligible to participate in our attractive 401(k) plan which offers generous company matching contributions. EMTAK contributions are vested upon date of hire.

Good people know good people. Employees who refer a candidate that is hired as a full-time employee on contract will receive a $10,000 referral bonus.
