EMTAK was founded by President and CEO Bobby Kimmel, drawing upon decades of dedicated military service and technical expertise. Bobby's journey began in the Air Force during Operation Desert Storm, followed by a distinguished career as a Systems and Database Engineer within the Intelligence Community.

Leveraging his extensive experience as both a hands-on engineer and a successful IT company founder, Bobby established EMTAK with a clear vision: to create an organization that seamlessly blends high-end technical capability with a profound respect for the people who do the work.
